The present invention relates to a volume-based quantitative indicator analysis method for measuring PET brain amyloid and a computer program therefor and, more specifically, to a volume-based quantitative indicator analysis method for measuring PET brain amyloid which obtains a standard uptake coefficient of a gray matter region from a PET image and has a volume sum of voxels with the standard uptake coefficient exceeding a cutoff value as a quantitative index, and a computer program therefor. In addition, the volume-based quantitative indicator analysis method for measuring PET brain amyloid comprises the steps of: extracting a gray matter region from a PET brain image; calculating standardized uptake values (SUV) in the extracted gray matter region of the PET brain image; allowing the SUV to extract voxels exceeding a cutoff value and calculating a volume sum of the extracted voxels; and generating a quantitative indicator based on the calculated volume sum as a volume.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
