The present invention relates to a method for producing a composition for culturing microalgae and a method for extracting polyunsaturated fatty acids using the composition for culturing microalgae. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for producing a composition for culturing microalgae using cheese whey, and a method for culturing microalgae using the composition for culturing microalgae and extracting the polyunsaturated fatty acids produced from the cultured microalgae.
