The present invention relates to a rapid detection method for Alicyclobacillus producing guaiacol by using a real-time PCR method; and a detection kit. More specifically, the present invention relates to a real-time PCR method using a forward primer set of SEQ ID NOs: 4 to 6; a reverse primer of SEQ ID NO: 2; and a probe of SEQ ID NO: 3. By using the real-time PCR method of the present invention, strains of Alicyclobacillus producing guaiacol, Alicyclobacillus acidiphilus, Alicyclobacillus herbarius, and Alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris may be simultaneously and rapidly detected.
