The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a complex activated inorganic cation agent which is an agent for water quality and sediment improvement for a shrimp farm, in which a treatment method of using a fine powder of oddly shaped granite to treat thereof under a condition of a pressure of 3 kg/cm^2 at an extraction tank for 160 minutes of compressing time (A temperature of the extraction tank is 85 °C and each of a stirring speed and a stirring time is 50 rpm and 15 minutes). When farming shrimps by using the complex activated inorganic cation agent, it is possible to greatly reduce problems such as environmental pollution caused by using existing chemical agents, reduce a mortality rate, and remarkably increase fresh weight and weight, thereby being able to increase a yield so that higher quality of shrimps can be produced.
