The present invention relates to miRNA markers for predicting lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for predicting lymph node metastasis using miRNA expression profiles in endoscopic early gastric cancer. The method for predicting lymph node metastasis using expression of miRNA biomarkers according to the present invention can be applied to early gastric cancer patients before endoscopic submucosal dissection is performed to further enhance the early treatment of gastric cancer. Also, the range and method of gastric cancer surgery can be set more clearly by the method of the present invention, which is very useful for clinical applications.
