STONE-PATTERNED PC PANEL FOR PAVING, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND PAVING METHOD USING SAME

The present invention relates to a stone-patterned PC panel for paving, a manufacturing method thereof, and a paving method using the same. The objective is to newly pave and repair a road surface (paving roads around an ancient palace such as Jongmyo Shrine, urban roads, sidewalks, roads around an airport or port, and the like) through the prefabrication of precast concrete panels and to increase the strength of paving with the combination of stone and precast concrete panels as well as making roads have a nature-friendly feature and be in harmony with an ancient palace. According to the present invention, the stone-patterned PC panel includes: a panel body part made of precast concrete; and a patterned stone part formed on a road surface of the panel body part. The patterned stone part includes a plurality of stone panels (20) arranged with a space of a masonry joint laid therebetween, and the space is filled with concrete of the panel body part to integrate the panel body part with the stone panel. According to the present invention, the paving method using the stone-patterned PC panel includes: a first step of lifting a stone-patterned PC panel up to place the panel on a road surface to be paved on the construction site; a second step of adjusting the height of the stone-patterned PC panel placed on the road surface through the first step; and a third step of grouting the bottom of the stone-patterned PC panel after the second step.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
