The present invention relates to a gateway apparatus for operating ship pilotage and a ship pilotage operating system by the same and, more specifically, to a gateway apparatus for operating ship pilotage and a ship pilotage operating system by the same which receive and process sailing information and detection information and perform a ship pilotage process based on the sailing information and the detection information. The gateway apparatus for operating ship pilotage and the ship pilotage operating system by the same include: a sailing information matching module (12) to convert transmitted or received electric data signal into a format which can be processed in a ship (VC); a ship standard communication module (13) for data communication with a control device installed in the ship (VC); an internal ship communication module (15) installed in the ship (VC) for ship pilotage for data communication with a detection unit which detects a sailing state; an external ship communication module (16) for wireless communication with an external information server (IS) which provides sea or weather information; and a control module (11) for control of acquired information and communication.
