The present invention relates to a pipe, and more specifically, to an anti-corrosion type pipe in which a liquid measurement device having a real time monitoring function is embedded, which has a liquid measurement device, wherein a body of the pipe comprises an external layer forming an outer circumferential surface and an internal layer formed on an internal wall surface of the external layer. The internal layer is formed of a synthetic resin material or a metal material having a rustproof property against a liquid passing through the liquid measurement device and has a predetermined thickness. The liquid measurement device can measure flow velocity of a liquid, a flow rate, operation time of facilities in which pressure and a liquid are used, a temperature of an installation space of the facilities, humidity, and soil composition.
