The present invention relates to a home fitness apparatus using a hand sensor and a balance board. The home fitness apparatus includes: a balance board (10) which senses the weight of a user and the movement of the center of gravity; a hand motion sensor (20) which senses the spatial coordinates of the hand of a user; a display (30) which outputs a fitness image selected by the user; and control terminal (40) which transmits the image data of the display (30) and receives the weight of the user, the center of gravity, and the spatial coordinates of the hand from the balance board (10) and the hand motion sensor (20).
