The present invention relates to: a composite formulation which contains metformin-containing granules comprising 80 to 90 wt% of metformin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and linagliptin-containing granules comprising 3 to 10 wt% of linagliptin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and a method for manufacturing the same. The composite formulation according to the present invention, even though a portion of linagliptin, used as an active ingredient, is only 0.2%, has a high dissolution rate and uniformity of content, and also maintains stability even long-term storage by inhibiting the production of a flexible substance.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
