An objective of the present invention is to provide a method of measuring sleep time during study using a ConvNet. For the method, a distance sensor sensing a distance to an n-direction of a front surface using an electromagnetic wave and generating distance information for the n-direction, a seating status classification module receiving the distance information for the n-direction from the distance sensor and generating seating status information classifying whether a user is at his/her desk by classifying posture of the user, and an actual study time measuring module receiving the seating status information from the seating status classification module and measuring actual study time of the user may be provided.
