The present invention relates to a device for treating diabetic foot ulcer, comprising: a body located in a lower part; a first shaft located on an upper part of the body and moving along a rotation radius groove formed in the body; a second shaft connected to the first shaft and rotating in a vertical direction; a third shaft connected to the second shaft and rotating in a vertical direction; a fourth shaft connected to the third shaft and rotating in a vertical direction; a 3D scanning module connected to the fourth shaft and three-dimensionally scanning the surface of a foot part of a patient by movement of the first, second, third and fourth shafts; a laser or LED light source module connected to the fourth shaft, maintaining a predetermined distance from a foot ulcer part of the patient by movement of the first, second, third and fourth shafts, and located at an optimal angle to irradiate laser or LED light source for treatment; a first shaft horizontal movement motor for moving the first shaft in a horizontal direction along a rotation radius groove provided in the body; a first shaft rotation motor for rotating the first shaft in a horizontal direction; a second shaft rotation motor for rotating the second shaft in a vertical direction; a third shaft rotation motor for rotating the third shaft in a vertical direction; a fourth shaft rotation motor for rotating the fourth shaft in a vertical direction; and a control unit for operating and controlling the movement motor, rotation motors, 3D scanning module, treatment laser or LED light source module. Therefore, laser or LED light source for treatment can be irradiated at an optimal distance and in an optimal direction through 3D image generation of a foot ulcer part.
