The present invention relates to a composition for the diagnosis of vestibulopathy, which comprises an agent for quantifying the expression level of microRNA, a method for quantifying the expression level of microRNA and providing information on the diagnosis of vestibulopathy, and a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of vestibulopathy comprising an agonist or antagonist of microRNA.
