According to one embodiment of the present invention, the present invention relates to a needle channel used for a hair transplanting device. The needle channel used for a hair transplanting device is coupled to the outer circumferential surface of a central shaft in the hair transplanting device to be able to slide in a vertical direction. The needle channel used for a hair transplanting device comprises: a body portion having a tube-shaped inner space; a needle coupled to a lower end portion of the body portion; a core shaft disposed in the tube-shaped inner space and the needle to be able to slide; a slot formed in the longitudinal direction of the body portion and opened in a radially outward direction from a central axis of the central shaft; a lever coupled to an upper end of the core shaft and disposed in the slot to be able to slide in a vertical direction; and a spring inserted into the circumference of the core shaft and having an upper end portion supported on the lever and a lower end portion supported on the bottom surface of the slot. The present invention can reduce costs of components and complexity of an apparatus compared to the conventional arts.
