The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a mulberry sweet rice punch, which comprises the steps of: soaking malt in the water; immersing the malt at the temperature of 3 to 5 °C for 2 to 4 hours; adding rice to the malt water and saccharifying at 60 to 70°C for 5 hours; adding sugar into the saccharified sweet rice punch manufactured though the step of adding rice to the malt water and saccharifying at 60 to 70°C for 5 hours and heating the same; and cooling the heated sweet rice punch and adding a mulberry extract into 4 to 5% of the sweet rice punch with respect to the total weight of the sweet rice punch.
