The present invention relates to monodispersed non-spherical Janus microparticles. When using monodispersed non-spherical Janus microparticles of the present invention, having excellent functionality, it is possible to control patterning easily by a pattern diameter of controlled stencils, thereby providing perfect accuracy of patterning on a substrate and having an effect of drastically reducing a manufacturing cost compared to the cost of conventional pattern.
