The present invention relates to a device for collecting a culled chicken and scraping rice husks of a poultry farm, which is capable of automatically scraping and turning over rice husks on the bottom of a poultry farm, and being used when a culled chicken is transferred. The device for collecting a culled chicken and scraping rice husks of a poultry farm comprises: a frame which has a culled chicken collecting container detachably installed on an upper surface thereof; a pair of wheels which are rotatably installed in a lower part of the frame; a driving source which is installed on one side of the pair of wheels in the lower part of the frame; a power transferring member which transfers rotation force of the driving source to the pair of wheels; a rice husk scraping member which is installed at least one place of a front side and a back side of the frame; a handle unit which is installed in an upper side of the frame; and a controlling unit which is installed in the handle unit and controls the driving source.
