SCF -1 BISPECIFIC ANTIBODY TARGETING SCF AND GALECTIN-1 AND USE THEREOF

The present invention relates to a dual target antibody targeting stem cell factors (SCFs) and galectin-1, and a composition for preventing or treating angiogenesis-related diseases containing the same. The present invention provides a dual target antibody derived from a human monoclonal antibody which neutralizes SCF and galectin-1 involved in angiogenesis at the same time to effectively inhibit angiogenesis; and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating angiogenesis-related diseases containing the antibody. According to the present invention, the dual target antibody neutralizes two targets involved in angiogenesis at the same time such that a blood vessel is changed to abnormal angiogenesis to increase permeability, thereby effectively preventing or treating angiogenesis-related diseases causing bleeding.
