The present invention relates to a method for predicting supply and demand of logistics in accordance with customer reliability and a system thereof. The system comprises: a customer unusual matter database to store transaction data and transaction unusual matter information including order information with customers, order maximum/minimum information for each product, warehousing information, and warehousing delay information; a customer unusual matter information collection unit to calculate and select information such as scheduled warehousing day errors, order quantity errors, order error causes when unusual matters such as warehousing delay or shortening in comparison to scheduled warehousing dates, warehousing omission and excess in comparison to scheduled order amounts occur during warehousing processing; a customer reliability analysis unit to analyze customer reliability based on corresponding customer unusual matter information during warehousing processing; and a proper inventory prediction analysis unit to monitor stable inventory amounts of products or sales strategies of products to analyze safe inventory amounts and proper inventory amounts based on previous sales strategy result information.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
