The present invention relates to a piston flow type photocatalyst device for removing disinfection byproducts (DBPs) having a rectifying plate. The device comprises: a housing having an inlet at one end and an outlet at the other end, and having a space portion formed inside; at least one photocatalytic reaction rectifying plate partially in contact with an inner circumferential surface of the housing, and having a corrugated screw shape having a corrugation portion on an outer surface thereof; a quartz tube fixed through at least one of the photocatalytic reaction rectifying plates; and a UV lamp or an LED lamp provided inside the quartz tube. When a chlorine-containing fluid is introduced into the inlet, a fluid with reduced trihalomethanes (THMs) is discharged through the outlet.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
