The present invention relates to: a composition which increases brightness and antibacterial activity against salmonella in chicken and decreases fat acidification and protein denaturation by using plant extracts such as an Artemisia capillaris extract and a Perilla frutescens extract and organic acids such as acetic acid and propionic acid; and livestock drinking water including the composition. The drinking water including the plant extracts and the organic acids is a feed composition of a new concept capable of improving the sterilization of bacteria in body, freshness, preservability, and lightness of the quality of meat by feeding a small amount of the drinking water including the plant extracts and the organic acids before slaughtering. The drinking water of the present invention sterilizes salmonella, raises the brightness of meat, and lowers fat acidification and protein denaturation by combining a gardenia extract, an Artemisia capillaris extract, a Perilla frutescens extract, a mugwort extract, a lotus leaf extract, a mint extract, and organic acids. The drinking water of the present invention is water-soluble drinking water which does not include any antibiotics or chemicals and accordingly does not cause harmfulness problems of antibiotics accumulation in people eating meat.
