摘要

Provided are an ultra-high performance concrete composition having a separated aggregate of 5 mm class and an ultra-high performance concrete sleeper for a railway produced by using the same. When ultra-high concrete (UHPC) is produced, at least one of dolomite, basalt, limestone, and granite is selected and included as a separated aggregate of 5 mm class, thereby reducing manufacturing costs of the UHPC and enabling excellent physical properties such as tensile strength and fluidity to be maintained. In addition, when a UHPC composition is used, it is possible to reduce a size of a cross section of a sleeper and reduce an amount of a reinforcing material, for example, an amount of PC steel and reinforcing steel, and improve abrasion resistance. Moreover, it is not necessary to conduct compaction on the sleeper as the UHPC composition has high fluidity, and the sleeper can be demolded from a mold after being cured at a general outside temperature within 24 hours or less.
