The present invention relates to a generating station simulator with a monitoring and diagnosing apparatus. The generating station simulator comprises: an integrated HMI server performing an integrating function of a human machine interface (HMI) server for a boiler of a generating station and an HMI server for a turbine; an integrated simulation server performing an integrating function of a process model, a control model, and an instructor station; and a monitoring and diagnosing apparatus transmitting and receiving a main analog signal and a binary signal specified in association with the integrated simulation server through OLE for Process Control (OPC) and diagnosing a state and generating an alarm based on information on a driving state of a specified generating station.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
