According to the present invention, a text mining apparatus comprises: an input unit inputting a document including text and attribute information expressing a first attribute and a second attribute of the document; a document storage unit storing the document inputted by the input unit; an attribute information storage unit mapping the attribute information, inputted by the input unit, with the document stored by the document storage unit and storing the mapped information; a space information extraction unit extracting a frequency of a space between words from the text included in the document stored by the document storage unit with respect to each first attribute of the attribute information stored by the attribute information storage unit; and a characteristic vector calculation unit calculating a characteristic vector generated by digitizing characteristics of words extracted by the space information extraction unit based on space information extracted by the space information extraction unit. The apparatus definitely analyzes a web marketing strategy for distributing information customized for a user′s interest or preference.
