The present disclosure provides a method for transmitting a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) for transmitting a scheduling request in a wireless communication system. More specifically, a method performed by a terminal comprises the steps of: receiving a first message about an uplink (UL) resource configuration from a base station; receiving a second message about a PUCCH resource configuration from the base station; determining a resource for transmitting the PUCCH; and transmitting the PUCCH to the base station on the determined resource.
