The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing biodiesel from waste coffee beans without using a catalyst, which uses thermal hydrolysis of a chloride organic solvent to provide an acidic environment, thereby manufacturing biodiesel through an extracting step of extracting lipids from waste coffee beans and an exchanging step of exchanging alcohol with ester. Since the present invention does not use a catalyst to reduce a post process and can use wet waste coffee beans after brewing coffee without a pre-drying process, the present invention can supply economical biodiesel by reducing processing costs and producing costs necessary for energy consumption and equipment. The present invention can prevent environmental pollution caused by reclamation of the water coffee beans by recycling the waste coffee beans and manufacturing the biodiesel.
