The present invention relates to a nose cleaner using a salt water capsule and a reverse cleaning valve. More specifically, the present invention relates to a nose cleaner which can detect the insertion of a salt water capsule adjusting the salinity of salt water, control the flow direction of the salt water cleaning a nostril, and detect the level of the salt water discharged after cleaning. The nose cleaner using a salt water capsule and a reverse cleaning valve comprises: a salt water tank formed in a hollow pillar shape so as to have salt water therein, and having a storage part formed at the upper end thereof; a salt water capsule part coupled to the storage part and having a salt water capsule mounted therein so as to adjust the salinity of the salt water; a nose cleaning part coupled to the side surface of the salt water tank and provided to receive the salt water from the salt water tank and to clean the user′s nose; a reverse cleaning valve coupled between the nose cleaning part and the side surface of the salt water tank so as to control the flow direction of the salt water supplied to the nose cleaning part; a driving control part coupled to the lower end of the salt water tank so as to control salt water supplied from the salt water tank to the nose cleaning part; a drain tank part coupled to the lower end of the driving control part such that the salt water supplied from the salt water tank to the nose cleaning part is stored after cleaning the nose of the user; a salt water supply part connected to the salt water tank and supplying the salt water to the reverse cleaning valve by a pump provided in the driving control part; a salt water discharge part connected to the reverse cleaning valve and provided such that the salt water supplied through the salt water supply part is discharged after finishing the nose cleaning for the user and then flows into the drain tank part.
