The present invention relates to an agricultural lagging cover capable of improving heat insulation by filling feathers, in which an air layer is formed, in the middle, and of being easily handled. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the lagging cover keeping a crop warm by covering the outside of a vinyl greenhouse. The lagging cover comprises: a filler which fills the feathers to improve the heat insulation; padding which is positioned on the inside and the outside of the filler, and includes polyester cotton; an inner cover which is positioned on the inside and the outside of the padding, and includes non-woven fabric; an insulator which is positioned between the padding and the inner cover positioned on the outside of the filler, and includes a polyethylene forming paper; and an outer cover which is positioned on the inside and the outside of the inner cover, and includes a polypropylene sack.
