Disclosed are a neural network system for single processing with respect to a common operation group of neural network models, an application processor including the same, and an operation method of the neural network system. According to the technical idea of the present disclosure, the operation method comprises the steps of: merging a first operation group of a first neural network and a second computation group of a second neural network including the same operations as a common operation group based on control of the processor; selecting a first hardware to execute the common operation group among a plurality of hardware based on the control of the processor; and executing the common operation group by the first hardware.
