摘要

The present invention provides copper nanoparticles, wherein oxidation of copper is restricted, and an average particle diameter is around 10 nm to fall a melting point and provide high dispersibility. Moreover, a simple ultrasonic treatment process can remove an electride for the copper nanoparticles to be appropriately used for a conductive copper nano ink material. The present invention provides use of an electride performing a role of a protector to prevent oxidation. According to the present invention, the manufactured copper nanoparticles have a small-sized particle, and high dispersibility to be helpfully used as a conductive copper ink material.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
