摘要

The present invention relates to: a nitrogen monoxide releasing polymer; a nitrogen monoxide releasing nanostructure comprising the same; and a method for delivering nitrogen monoxide using the nitrogen monoxide releasing nanostructure. Specifically, provided are: the nitrogen monoxide releasing polymer in which a nitrogen monoxide releasing substance containing a diol group and a polymer containing a boronic acid group in a residue of a repeating unit are chemically bonded; the nitrogen monoxide releasing nanostructure comprising the same; and the method for delivering nitrogen monoxide using the nitrogen monoxide releasing nanostructure. The nitrogen monoxide releasing polymer of an embodiment of the present invention can be more efficiently used for medicinal purposes such as anticancer therapy while minimizing toxicity in the human body.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
