The present invention relates to: a brush cap capable of storing a makeup brush hygienically and having the less risk of loss while using the brush; and the makeup brush having the same. The brush cap includes: a cover unit which includes a body unit having a hollow shape extended in a longitudinal direction and an open unit positioned in one side of the body unit and having a first opening of an open bud shape divided into a plurality of parts; and a neck unit which is integrated with the cover unit and positioned in the other side of the body unit, and has a second opening smaller than the first opening.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
