The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method which is capable of monitoring movements of different body parts by using a plurality of wearable devices. A method of correcting an exercise posture by using a plurality of wearable devices of the present invention comprises the steps of: allowing a terminal device to acquire motion information on a specific exercise motion; allowing the terminal device to receive movement information from the multiple wearable devices positioned in a plurality of different body parts; allowing the terminal device to calculate at least one value of an acceleration difference between the different body parts and an angle to a reference point by using the movement information; and allowing the terminal device to determine the exercise posture of a user by comparing the motion information with the at least one value.
