The present invention relates to a method for eco-friendly carbon dioxide treatment and simultaneous manufacture of calcium carbonate. The present invention provides a method for treating carbon dioxide which can simplify a process by absorbing carbon dioxide in a membrane contactor or an adsorption tower with a wet type absorbent manufactured by neutralizing amino acid with a neutralizing agent. In addition, provided is a method for manufacturing high-value calcium carbonate, by utilizing a captured carbon dioxide.
