METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIAL SOLID TIRE WITH IMPROVED VULCANIZATION PROCESS

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an industrial solid tire with an improved vulcanization process, capable of preventing generation of a rubber tip by installing an elastic vent in a mold which does not allow a rubber to be discharged but allows air to be discharged in order to remove the unnecessarily discharged rubber. To this end, the method of the present invention comprises: a refining process of mixing a raw rubber and a medicine; an extrusion and bead process of forming a mixture in a sheet form by passing a roll therethrough; a forming process of forming a green tire; a vulcanization process of inputting the green tire into a mold to apply high temperature and high heat thereto so as to change the same in desired shape and physical properties; and a trimming and inspecting process after the vulcanization process. Accordingly, a vent hole is formed in the mold to discharge air between the mold and the green tire while the green tire is input into the mold in the vulcanization process and pressure is applied to the mold. Also, an elastic vent is installed in the mold which does not allow a rubber to be discharged but allows air to be discharged in order to remove the unnecessarily discharged rubber, thereby preventing generation of a rubber tip.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
