Provided is a polyalkylene glycol (PAG) polymer having a urethane bond represented by structural formula 1. A solid polymer electrolyte composition comprising the PAG polymer having the urethane bond and a lithium salt of the present invention has a high mixing ratio, is excellent in stability due to no spillage and gas generation, has flexible properties, and also has an effect of having excellent mechanical properties and ionic conductivity.
