The present invention relates to a crack self-healing capsule capable of being directly mixed with an encapsulated cement composite material by using a core material comprising a silicon crystal modified by mixing an inorganic pozzolanic reaction bonding material capable of reacting with a free calcium ion or calcium hydroxide hydrate contained in a cement composite material without requiring a separate catalyst, and to a capsule manufacturing method not requiring a separate reaction catalyst, which is a disadvantage of a self-healing capsule using an existing organic core material, and thus having excellent crack reinforcing efficiency.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
