The present invention relates to a traumatic brain injury evaluation system through brainwave analysis capable of detecting a slight traumatic brain injury, and a method thereof. The traumatic brain injury evaluation system through brainwave analysis comprises: a measurement unit measuring a brainwave of a stable state; an analysis unit removing noise from the brainwave measured from the measurement unit, analyzing connectivity and a network index, and comparing the network index and a standard network index of a healthy person classified by gender and age to calculate a degree of a traumatic brain injury; and an output unit outputting an analysis result of the analysis unit.
