The present invention relates to a cloud-based distributed guaranteed loan and credit investment system, configured to enable a guarantee candidate with a low credit rating to receive, at a primary commercial lender, a low-interest loan using the credit of a plurality of credit investors and enable the credit investors to create profits using his or her credit. The present invention relates to an online system configured to offer a guarantee to a guarantee candidate by integrating small distributed guarantees of a plurality of credit investors. The distributed guaranteed loan and credit investment system comprises: a guarantee candidate component configured to receive a loan application of a guarantee candidate and determine an available guaranteed amount within a loan application amount after assessing the credit of the guarantee candidate; a credit investor component configured to receive an application request from a credit investor, estimate a guaranteed investment limit through a credit assessment of the credit investor, issue a small amount guarantee according to the application of the credit investors, and create a credit account associated with the small amount guarantee; a fee receiving-distributing component configured to receive, from the guarantee candidate, a fee estimated according to the available guaranteed amount determined by the guarantee candidate component, and distribute and provide a commission to the credit account associated with the plurality of small amount guarantees integrated correspondingly to the available guaranteed amount; and a guarantee component configured to combine the plurality of small amount guarantees as one guaranteed security and provide the guaranteed security to the guarantee candidate.
