The present invention relates to a sesame leaf laver producing method using sesame leaf powder and concentrate. The sesame leaf laver producing method uses sesame leaf powder and concentrate so that new taste and flavor can be felt by including nutrients of laver and sesame leaves in laver, and new nutrients can be taken by adding sesame powder and concentrate to source laver stirred in water to produce laver. The sesame leaf laver is prepared by: preparing sesame leaf powder through a sesame leaf powdering process of collecting, washing, drying, and pulverizing sesame leaves; preparing sesame concentrate through a sesame leaf concentrate process of concentrating sesame leaves in a vacuum state after evaporating sesame leaves at a low temperature under a reduced pressure; preparing source laver which is a source of laver through a source laver preparing process of washing and pulverizing the collected source laver; stirring the prepared source laver in water and stirring the prepared sesame leaf powder and the sesame leaf concentrate in the added water; and producing the source laver stirred in water into laver.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
