According to the present invention, a device for measuring water harmful chemical material comprises a sample collecting part in which a fluid to be measured is introduced and stored, a vial part including a plurality of vials wherein an upper part is sealed with a cap, a capper and decapper part including a decapper opening the cap of the vial with a closed upper part and a capper for sealing the vial with an opened upper part to the cap, and an agitator part for heating and rotating a sample stored in the plurality of vials. In addition, the present invention further comprises a pipette and syringe module comprising a pipette for transferring the sample from the sample collecting part to the vial and a syringe for collecting the gas formed on an upper side of the vial. Therefore, an objective of the present invention is to significantly reduce the time required for detecting chemical materials contaminating the water quality.
