Disclosed are: a polycarbonate ester copolymer having adhesion properties as a novel use of the polycarbonate ester copolymer polymerized by using an environmentally friendly carbonate compound, manufactured by using carbon dioxide as a raw material; and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention is the polycarbonate ester copolymer manufactured by conducting a transesterification reaction and a polycondensation reaction of a monomer mixture comprising a compound represented by chemical formula 1, a compound represented by chemical formula 2, and a compound chemical formula 3, wherein the copolymer provides a copolymer resin for hot-melt comprising 60 to 90 mol% of carbonate residues and 10 to 40 mol% of ester residues.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
