PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polysiloxane polysiloxane - polycarbonate copolymer is provided to improve the reaction rate of silicone monomer and secure excellent low temperature-resistance property and flexible rate by adjusting input timing of silicone monomer depending on molecular weight of oligomer property polycarbonate.;CONSTITUTION: : A manufacturing method of polysiloxane polysiloxane - polycarbonate copolymer comprises the steps of : manufacturing 'oligomer property polycarbonate oligomeric polycarbonate with adjusted viscosity average molecular weight of 3,000-20,000 (i), adding and blending hydroxy-terminated siloxane with the manufactured 'oligomer property polycarbonate (ii), and reacting and polymerizing the 'oligomer property polycarbonate and the hydroxy-terminated siloxane under the condition of interfacial reaction (iii).
