The present invention relates to a black box band for recording a child abuse scene occurring in a daycare center or a school. The government is implementing measures such as child abuse prevention education and CCTV installation. However, an increase in the number of dual-income families increases the number of children who use childcare facilities and requires a more certain method to solve problems. Thus, the band capable of protecting each of the children is devised. If the band is completed and becomes widespread, the same can prevent child abuse, which is one of the social problems, thereby enabling children using many childcare facilities to escape from the danger of abuse. The present invention comprises: a sensor unit for measuring a motion and a state of a child; a preprocessing unit for processing sensing data; a child state determining unit for determining a child behavior pattern; a recording device unit; and a communication unit for communicating with a smartphone.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
