Provided are a method for diagnosing an automated facility status using a sensor-based status transition model and a system thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for diagnosing an automated facility status includes: a sensor system measuring an automated facility; and a status diagnosis system using a measurement signal collected from the sensor system to measure a status transition model and determining the status of the automated facility based on the generated status transition model. Accordingly, the system for diagnosing an automated facility status can precisely diagnose the status in real time through the automated facility status diagnosis using the sensor-based status transition model, thereby supporting to take an appropriate action when a problem occurs in the automated facility.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
