When oriental medicine is formed as jelly formulation, it is difficult to keep an appearance of the jelly according to kinds or amounts of contained oriental medicine and stability of active ingredients hardly maintains. Moreover, users easily feel bitter tastes and tastes unique to oriental medicine. Accordingly, it is required to develop jelly formation proper to each oriental medicine according to kinds and mixing ratios of oriental medicine materials used in the oriental medicine. To solve such problem, the healthy jelly using sickcheongo and peaches and the manufacturing method according to the present invention do not disturb efficacies of oriental medicine for oriental medicine materials comprising big blue lilyturf, red ginseng, Schisandra chinensis, morus bark, Plantago asiatica, Aurantii Fructus Immaturus and licorice, and is easy to keep and carry while bitter taste is removed with better texture.
