The present invention relates to a fabric and a garment for a motorbike driver and, more specifically, to a fabric for a motorbike driver, which increases the drying speed of sweat when being worn to maintain pleasantness and cleanness, and effectively blocks penetration of wind or moisture from the outside to provide excellent wearing comfort and protect the driver from friction or external shock, and a motorbike driver garment using the same. According to the present invention, the fabric for a motorbike driver comprises: an inner layer woven by using a polyethylene filament yarn with the fineness of 100 to 300 denier as a warp and using a sweat-absorbing and quick-drying polyester filament yarn with the fineness of 100 to 200 denier as a weft; an outer layer woven by using a nylon filament yarn with the fineness of 400 to 600 denier as a weft and a warp; and a moisture-permeable waterproof layer, a porous film with the pore size of 0.1 to 5 m, bonded by being interposed between the inner and outer layers.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
