The present invention relates to a functional mask pack including a complex extract of sprout ginseng and Chamaecrista nomame Honda, and an amethyst extract as active ingredients. According to the present invention, the functional mask pack extracts by hot water a mixture of sprout ginseng and Chamaecrista nomame Honda, which are native to Korea, and uses the complex extract including schaftoside, which is a natural cosmetic raw material extracted from only an imported plant, and an extract of amethyst which is native to Korea, thereby providing effects of removing a cause of an international patent dispute and providing skincare, the skin elasticity improvement, wrinkle prevention or mitigation, skin aging prevention or mitigation, and skin whitening improvement effects.
