The present invention relates to a non-diaphanous knitted jacket fabric with excellent breathability and a knitting apparatus for weaving the same. According to the present invention, the non-diaphanous knitted jacket fabric with excellent breathability is formed by knitting a polyester yarn into a first layer (L-1) tissue loop 1-0 2-3, knitting a second layer (L-2) polyester yarn on a first layer (L-1) tissue by 3-3 0-0 3-3 2-2 5-5 2-2, and knitting a polyester yarn to a third layer (L-3) tissue by loop 3-4 3-2 3-4 1-0 1-2 1-0. Accordingly, a fine and wide zigzag pattern is formed on the front of fabric in a warp direction, and a thin loop is bound between the patterns to form a mesh-hole increasing ventilation. Moreover, a W-shape is longitudinally formed on the back of the fabric in the warp direction to form a mesh-hole with the size of 2 to 3 mm, and the tissue is arranged in a plain weaving type.
