Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for inputting a safe password using eye movement recognition. According to one aspect of the present invention, an apparatus for inputting a safe password using eye movement recognition can prevent the leakage of the password due to shoulder surfing of others when inputting the password, through inputting the password through the eye movement recognition.
